Oil & water repellent polyester needle punched felt is upgraded from standard polyester needle punched felt with advanced hydrophobic & oleophobic finishing technology. In baghouse dust collector operations, it targets high-humidity, oil-containing, hygroscopic or deliquescent dust scenarios—where moisture easily forms surface water films, boosts dust adhesion, causes filter cake hardening and pore clogging, especially under high-temperature & high-humidity conditions with dew condensation. This filter media forms a protective surface barrier to prevent water and oil adhesion/penetration, ensuring smooth operation of dust collection equipment.
